How do estimates work?
We like to keep things simple. You can start the process by filling out our request form (the easiest way—it even lets you upload photos!) or by giving us a call. Photos help us see what you see, so if you don’t upload them with the form, you can also text them to (402) 603-0691 or email them. If you’re texting, be sure to include your name so our team can match the photos to your project.
From there, all estimates begin with a phone call with our estimator. We’ll walk through your project together, chat about your goals, and make sure we’ve got all the details. Then we’ll send you a flat-rate quote that’s good for 30 days.
Larger or more complex projects will require an on-site consultation.

Do you have a guarantee?
Absolutely! We back everything we do with our Peace of Mind Guarantee. All of our workmanship is covered for three years from the date of completion. It’s our way of making sure you feel completely confident in choosing us.

Will you leave behind a mess when you’re done?
Not a chance. We go out of our way to protect the areas we’re working in and make sure everything’s cleaned up before we call it a day. Many of our clients tell us we leave things tidier than when we arrived, which is exactly how we like it.

Will I receive a written quote?
Absolutely. Once we’ve gathered all the details, we’ll put together a detailed digital quote that lays out the scope of work and cost. We send everything through our easy-to-use client platform, allowing you to review, request changes, and approve everything online.
Depending on the size and complexity of your project, you can typically expect to receive your estimate within 1–3 business days. And if you need tweaks or have questions, we’re always just a call or click away.

How soon can I be added to your schedule?
We schedule projects after your quote is approved so that we can lock in the right time, team, and resources for you. Once you give us the go-ahead, we’ll work with you to snag the earliest spot that fits your schedule.

Do I need to be home during the project?
Not necessarily. Many of our clients head out and let us handle things while they go about their day, as long as we have access to the necessary areas. We’ll go over all the details with you beforehand to make sure everything runs smoothly and according to your preferences. So, whether you’re home or out, you can relax knowing your project is in good hands.
