This interior painting project came to us through a fun full-circle moment: the current homeowners were referred to us by the previous owners of the home, who had also been Hammer & Nail clients. Same house, new family, new vision—and we were grateful to be part of both chapters.

They wanted to refresh two bedrooms and a closet, and introduce a dramatic navy accent wall to bring depth to the space. Fresh paint may seem simple, but it’s one of those upgrades that immediately shifts how a home feels—brighter, cleaner, more tailored to the people living in it now.

We repainted the bedrooms and closet with a clean, modern palette that lightened the spaces and suited the new owners. Then came the star of the show: a navy accent wall that balanced boldness with warmth, grounding the room.
